Refund policy
Because our products are live insects (mealworms, Dubia roaches, crickets, isopods, etc.), we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives with high mortality or visible damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and contents.
We will review your case and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the postal service or extreme weather conditions.
